Refund policy

Our Return Policy

We offer a generous return policy: if your dog does not show a positive change after 60 days, we’ll issue a refund.

To begin a return, simply contact us at hello@BritPetCare.co.uk. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. For any return-related queries, feel free to reach out to us at the same email address.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
To process a refund, we require you to return the item along with any remaining contents. We’ll cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Limits
We can only issue refunds for one jar per customer. This allows you to test whether the treats work for your dog before purchasing additional jars. If the treats aren’t working for your pet, please contact us for a refund. This limit applies no matter where the product was purchased (eBay, Amazon, our website, etc.).
